Kirk
Shyaporn Theerakulstit
Shyaporn Theerakulstit is an actor, writer, YouTuber, fake scientist and general nerd about town. He has performed Shakespeare in a parking lot, a martial arts jazz ballet at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and lectured on Godzilla biology at the Smithsonian. He has written and produced for Dark Horse Comics and is the host of the REAL/fake Science and Nerd Nite lecture series, as well as several podcasts. He has appeared in independent films, web series and streaming shows such as "The Flight Attendant," "Girls5eva" and "The Land of Steady Habits;" and yet, never once on "Law and Order." Previous Trek roles include Lt. Hikaru Sulu on the long-running fan series, "Star Trek: New Voyages Phase II."
Shy is a graduate of the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, studied traditional Shaolin at the Chinese Kung-Fu Wu-Su Association, won “Best in Show” at the New York Comic Con Cosplay Contest and has run several marathons, though not anymore - because it hurts.

Khan
Zachary Kropp
Zach is over the moon to return to the stage, making his off-Broadway debut in Khan!!! After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in MT, Zach acted in various character roles and cabarets in Chicago before changing directions and pursuing a career in nursing, coming to NY to get his BSN at NYU, then returning home to Chicago. After working as an operating room nurse at Rush University, Zach joined the US Air Force as a nurse officer. He served at Travis Air Force Base in California, deployed for 8 months to Afghanistan (assisting in trauma surgery), and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain, before returning once more to Chicago to pursue his artistic passions. Back in New York, he's
all-in on his theatre career this time around, so watch for him wherever people are singing and dancing!

Saavik
Laura Whittenberger
Laura Whittenberger is happy to join the cast of Khan!!! Laura is a theatre and concert performer. A few favorite roles: Maria in The Sound of Music (FL), Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance (MD, NJ and ME), Amalia in She Loves Me (DE, FL), Johanna in Sweeney Todd (MD, PA), Cinderella in Into the Woods (DE) and Lucy in Bright Star (FL). She's been nominated three times for Broadway World "Best Performer in a Musical" awards, and was a Montpelier Arts Recital Competition winner. Favorite concert credits: Handel’s Messiah, Orff’s Carmina Burana, and a series of French art song recitals with harp. Baltimore Style magazine listed her as a “Must-see Musician”. She is also featured on an album of Irish songs set to W.B. Yeats poetry, "Words that Sing in the Night." Laura holds degrees from Indiana University and the Peabody Conservatory. Crystal Marie Stewart

Crystal Marie Stewart is a Brooklyn resident (originally from South Carolina) and she recently graduated with her MFA in Acting from the University of Iowa. Some favorite past credits include: (NYC) Sir Toby Belch in Emit Theatre’s Twelfth Night, Judas Iscariot in Ring of Keys’ Queering the Canon: Andrew Lloyd Webber concert at Joe’s Pub, Hannah/Nancy in The DNC Presents: FTP 2023 #Already Great at Theatre in Asylum (REGIONAL) Cinna the Poet in Julius X, Rachel Jackson in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Paulina in The Winter's Tale, and Emma in Rich Bxtch. No matter what- she has a soft spot for creating new work. She was the National New Play Network Producer in Residence at Riverside Theatre in '21-'22, and produced (among other performances and events): a traveling storytelling piece, a virtual Shakespeare education series, several rounds of auditions, and three cabarets- one of which featured the mayor of Iowa City, his mother, and a tambourine.

Maxwell Bryan Nusbaum (Spock) is delighted to be making his Off-Broadway debut with Khan!!! The Musical!. Prior to graduating from UCLA, Maxwell was seen as Hanratty in Catch Me if You Can (Freud Theatre) as well as John Wilkes Booth in the St. Jeans Theatre/ Applause production of Assassins. Lindsey M.E. Newton is an actor/singer/writer based in NYC, graduated Syracuse University’s Department of Drama class of 2017. Clayton is thrilled to be making his off Broadway debut in Khan!!! The Musical! and to be reprising the role of Sulu/Chekov! A native of Philly, he attended Manhattan School of Music and studied Vocal Performance. Favorite performances include Iceland (Fire), Sister Act (Pablo), You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Linus), Once the Musical (Svec), Shanghai Sonatas (Ming-Kai), Joseph...Dreamcoat (Zebulun), and Sweeney Todd (Ensemble, u/s Tobias).
